Message	Image from 1970 240Z sales broschure, note tail lights in lower right of image. Image of a 1977 Zap Z again note the tails Since the beginning the Z has had 2 horizontal bars for it's tail lights. The z31 had a single horizontal bar at one point, but Nissan realized the error of their ways and went back to 2 for the z32. Why would anyone, take one of the styling ques that goes back to the origins of the car, and replace it with something that doesn't look as good?
